Emergys announces the official name change of its integrated entities

As per the certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name, dated on the Seventeenth day of December Two Thousand Twenty-Four (17^th December, 2024), the company name has been changed from Ellicium Solutions Private Limited to Emergys Solutions Private Limited.

As per the certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name, dated on the Twenty Nineth day of November Two Thousand Twenty Four (29^th November, 2024), the company name has been changed from DxSherpa Technologies Private Limited to Emergys Sherpa Technologies Private Limited.

As per the certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name, dated on the Twenty Nineth day of November Two Thousand Twenty Four (29^th November, 2024), the company name has been changed from Vyom Labs Private Limited to Emergys Labs Private Limited.
