Job Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Leads Funnel Management: Manage the complete Lead generation funnel, engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and qualify them
  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate telephonic contact with potential customers, creating initial interest and positioning our solutions effectively
  • Call Campaigns: Execute various call campaigns and meet or exceed the assigned quota of 60 call connects per day
  • Presentation Skills: Articulate key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing on the prospect’s needs and expectations
  • Meeting Scheduling: Persuade relevant contacts for in-person or phone meetings
  • Email Campaigns: Launch targeted cold email campaigns to generate interest and leads
  • Coordination: Coordinate with Sales team to ensure seamless communication and strategy alignment

Job Expectations:

  • Desirable Market Exposure: Must have experience in selling within the APAC region
  • Service Industry: Proven track record of bringing in business deals within the service domain
  • Proven Track Record: Effectively communicate the selling points of IT Services and products through phone and email
  • Cold-calling: At least 3 years of cold calling experience is mandatory
  • Skills: Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • B2B Campaigns: Extensive experience working on B2B campaign
  • Technical Savvy: Proficient with the internet, Word, and Excel; familiarity with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.com, is highly desirable
  • Client Understanding: Ability to understand client requirements and tailor conversations to meet those need
  • Resilience: Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to handle rejection
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work under tight timelines
